Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 14–30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Custom or Personalised Tumblers
Due to the custom nature of sublimation and personalised tumblers, custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Pre Order Items
  • No refunds, cancellations, or change of mind returns are accepted on any pre-order items.
  • Pre-order items are custom ordered and made specifically for each customer, therefore all sales are final.
  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the advertised turnaround time.
  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the issue.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your tumbler arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Any relevant details
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Once your parcel has left our hands and in contact with Australia post, unfortunately they will need to be your first point of call if any issues arise.
  • If your goods arrive broken, you will need to contact Australia post with your box and packaging and the broken items and lodge a claim. 
  • If you have chosen express delivery please note this is not a express turnaround time. our 1-14 business day turnaround time still stands.

    TIKTOK LIVE SALES.

    If you participate in a live sale hosted on Tiktok, you must pay a deposit to claim, if you fail to pay your invoice within 24 hours, and your invoice is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund.
